Beautiful property on the 31-36 Floor of building. Amazing views of Tokyo and the Tokyo Tower. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Toilet seats are even heated!
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sandy had been extremely helpful in getting us reservations and suggestions on activities to do. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff even gave us lovely cards, champagne and chocolates on arrival. We had dinner and daily breakfast at the Blue Room. Food is very good and a wonderful view too. Next to Blue Room is the bar area. Food and drink are excellent and amazing view.
Spa treatment was so relaxing. Pool and hot tub were great not overcrowed since you need to make a reservation to use.
Convenient location for trains and subway making it very easy to get around Tokyo.
Can walk to Tokyo Tower too. We enjoyed Tokyo Tower and I had booked the Diamond package. We will definitely recommend the Edition to our friends and family. We look forward to returning too.
