We really enjoyed our stay in a river view suite, the views were fabulous. A great private balcony to enjoy the views from. The location is fantastic with walking distance to several points of interest and things to do.
The car parking is an extra cost and very difficult to manoeuvre if you are in a larger car.
Overall the room was clean, however around the light switches and door edges were grubby and could do with a good clean.
The TVs need upgrading as they are no longer comparable with digital stations. There are no streaming services like Netflix.
There's a great Steakhouse restaurant on the ground floor but booking is advised. They also do breakfast for a set fee. It is independent of the hotel.

We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded. Beautiful view overlooking the river. Very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Another great stay. Fabulous views of the city. So central and very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend you stay here.

The staff at this hotel went completely out of their way to make our stay special and memorable. We moved very late at night after a very negative experience from another hotel that was too dirty to stay in. Neil on the desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable despite a last minute booking and check in. The hotel is in a wonderful location and is very clean and comfortable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a friendly and comfortable stay in Melbourne - 10/10!
