We had a number of social gatherings planned for the city and/or inner suburbs so the location was good. It was nice to have an apartment as a change to a hotel as we had more space and had laundry facilities.
Despite windows & a balcony the buildings around mean the rooms can be a little cold.

Location, comfort
Seats in the foyer - very low. Not really suited for seniors or people with disabilities.

The location is pretty good, close to sea life and quite a few small markets close by. The staff were nice and pretty helpful.
The only main thing good about this place would probably be the location other than that the room was not the best.. colour way is pretty but water pressure was horrible, sink would spray at us instead of into the dishes. Showering was super hard in our room and the stoves were constantly on and we had to get help and get it completely shut off through the switch box.
