Room was very clean and quiet with good views. Breakfast also very good. The hotel has about 10 minutes walk, but we have an elderly, the hotel is uphill, did not know that. We didn’t know the hotel have a shuttle service (5CHF each person). Call hotel ahead to ask them pickup would be nice.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the staff was incredible, room was exactly as described with a wonderful view and the location was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay if your planning on visiting.

Our stay was perfect. It is close to the train station, bus access is good. Breakfast was umptous and the staff was super friendly, courteous and very helpful.
It is better to schedule a pick up from the train station as walking with luggage is tough. Overall excellent stay in Zermatt.
