The property is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and a great family-friendly atmosphere. The food was good, and Jorge at the restaurant provided excellent service.
The only downside was housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned, even though we were out all morning. When we requested service later, we were told that rooms are not cleaned after 4:00 p.m., and we only received fresh towels.
At checkout, Noah at the front desk was very kind, listened to our concerns, and removed the resort fee, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a good stay, but improving the housekeeping service would make the experience even better.

Very nice clean hotel. Room was huge and loved being close to the pool. I will say the pool was kinda dirty though had a lot of debris in it. But besides that hotel was beautiful and would stay here again.
