What a gorgeous property! The staff are amazing! The rooms stunning. Super clean and one of the most comfortable beds. Everything was beautiful and loved all the amenities this place has to offer. What a wonderful escape to the desert. Would definitely stay again

I have stayed at this resort many times over the years and now that it is owned by Hilton, it isn’t as well maintained as it used to be. For example, there was trash in the same spots over the three days I stayed there, our phone didn’t work so when we wanted to order room service, we had to walk to the lobby to order. We paid $60 for an undercooked pizza and tater tot’s. When we notified the lobby that our phone didn’t work we were told that they would send someone out but that didn’t happen.
A place like this doesn’t have to seek out customers because it’s beautiful, especially for people who love the desert. Also, it was inexpensive since it’s not peak season.
That being said, I will return because these minor inconveniences outweigh the appeal of this haven. Great restaurants and staff, rooms are clean, and the property is a classic beauty.
