Comfortable, clean rooms. Great view over Manchester and ideal location to attend the Warehouse Project. The toasties looked nice in reception even though I didn't try one, and the reception / bar area was lovely.
Needed a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.

The bed is comfortable, nice size room and good functional size bathroom. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the breakfast whilst only continental is OK. The location great, with it being next to the station and only a 5 minute walk to Canal Street.
Whilst the cleaners could not always get into my room, as I was late getting up, on the occasions when they did, they did not do that thorough a job, the carpet was not hoovered, the tea/coffee cupboard was not cleaned or restocked and on two occasion I had to ask reception for extra toilet paper. Also on my floor we had the noisiest pair of cleaners I have every witnessed. Constantly chatting at high volume whilst cleaning the other rooms, even though many of the doors on my floor had DnD notices on them!
