About this apartment rental
Welcome to Saxon Switzerland.
Our beautiful “Wanderfalke” vacation apartment is located in the town of Königstein in our “Sandstein-Ferien” house. Its location makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, and climbers.
Special feature:
We offer two via ferrata sets to the adventurous among our guests.
Everything (except the kitchen and bathroom) was completely refurnished in June 2022, including towels, bed linens, etc.
The town of Königstein is located directly adjacent to the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Our vacation apartment is a 30-minute walk from Königstein Fortress and 300 meters from the town center, which features numerous restaurants, cafes, and eateries.
The “Wanderfalke” apartment, measuring 55 square meters, is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests and is located on the 2nd floor of our vacation home.

Bedroom: Bed 180x200 cm, wardrobe, bedding
Bathroom: Towels, bathtub, shower, sink, mirror
Kitchen: Dishes, silverware, oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (pods + filters), microwave
Living room: cozy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), dining table for 4 people, 43-inch Samsung flat-screen TV, radio, fireplace
The bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
Shared terrace on the first floor with a Weber charcoal grill and furniture.
Non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Parking:
One parking space per apartment is available to guests next to our house.
VISITOR’S TAX
The city of Königstein charges a visitor’s tax of €3 per person per day of stay. For children between the ages of 7 and 17, as well as apprentices and students up to age 26, the reduced visitor’s tax is €2.50 per person per day of stay. Children under 7 years of age are exempt from the guest tax. The day of arrival and the day of departure count as one day each. The total amount is to be paid on-site upon arrival, in addition to the booking fees.
In return, guests are provided with a guest card offering numerous discounts (e.g., free public transportation) for the “Saxon Switzerland” region.

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation lief ohne Probleme und sehr nett :)
Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und das auch auch wunderbar funktioniert!
Sehr gut gelegen zum wandern und klettern!
