Location - very good for accessing the Metro system.
Staff - very poor, uninterested, no resolution of issues raised, missing furniture, stains on settee, no cups etc etc. small issues to many but no solution.

the location was ideal, the daily cleaning was excellent breakfast was good (extra cost)
the sofa beds were in need of replacement as they were falling apart, kitchen equipment was very poor - also no kettle to boil water, no oven, windows did not shut properly.
