DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience EVER.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon arrival the lockbox would not open, hosts uncontactable via email, text message or phone call. We had to find somewhere else to stay for our trip at the last minute. A week later and the hosts still have not made contact or returned any of our calls. Plan to stay elsewhere, do not book this listing.

Not enough sugar, coffee powder, or tea bags for 3 days stay. No shampoo or conditioner.

We booked the room for 4 nights and decided to find alternate accommodation after the first night.

The location was handy to shops, food and public transport.

The room had not been cleaned properly in some time. Carpets were filthy, linen and towels had been "washed" and draped inside a cupboard to "dry". The linen and towels in the bathroom and on the beds did not feel clean. There was evidence of mold in the linen cupboard from the wet washing and rubbish inside the foldout sofa that had not been cleaned out after previous tenants.

Nothing.

Waited for hours after arrival at 3pm from interstate with no response to phone calls, text and email trying to get in. Owners did not provide entry access and waiting without our 3 tired and very young children in the searing heat. No response or return call until 5 hours later. Had to arrange alternative accommodation and got a random message from them hours into the night asking if needed any further help. Completely unprofessional, no apology not even acknowledgement that after messaging 5 hours later, it might’ve been an issue.

Location, size, layout

Standard items missing - iron, TV remote, food bowls, tissues, tea. Only 4 sets of cutlery, plates but 5 of us were staying. We were not sent the door code prior to our arrival, so had to wait 15-20 mins for manager to contact us back, before we could enter the apartment

Spacious apartment, great balcony, location to CBD and comfy beds.

Dishwasher, clothes dryer not working properly and need replacing. No remote in 2nd bedroom. No dish washing liquid or rack.
