Room and building were very old. While staying there, renovation work within the building with many holes on the roof making me having to detour around in case water leaks. The facility swimming pool requires walking to top of the building with no lift access. The fire alarm has bandage in it and the door to the main bedroom was unable to open fully. For the expensive price being paid, this is a maximum 2-stars quality. The whole apartment itself seems to be from someone who is living there and rent it out for the time being. Only 1 lift out of 3 can access to basement car park so I have to make 2 trips - one to ground floor and wait for the 2nd basement lift. Location is good. However for the price and quality- I would definitely looks elsewhere in future. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment somehow renovated into 2 bedroom- one bedroom with sofa bed and somehow a big study table occupied most of the space in that room. The master bedroom has a door that blocking the whole entrance and unable to open fully, the door was old and took a lot of effort to close it. The front door has a big warning sign of potential lock up and cost money to contact locksmith if happened. We did not enjoy our stay especially paying for a premium price. This appears to be a private run business than a proper apartment for renting with front reception helping. The property is so old that most facilities were not properly maintained. Very disappointed. I would expect a call out of all these in future.

A fantastic bolt hole right in the centre of Canberra with everything you could need thoughtfully provided. Excellent communication with the host before and during made a real difference, and the option of secure on-site parking was great in such a central location. Definitely not looking anywhere else for future trips.
