very friendly staff, felt safe , i arrived in the late evening of my stay and left early the next morning , the staff went above and beyond

Good location for the city and paid parking close by
The hotel had a power cut just before we arrived and nothing was working. The staff were as helpful as possible in the circumstances changing our room to a lower floor as the lifts weren’t working.
