A parking space is, of course, reserved for you in the immediate vicinity of the building’s entrance.
A private storage room for your bicycle is located in the basement, accessible via the interior staircase.
During the planning and furnishing of the vacation apartment, attention was paid to every little detail.

The entire state-of-the-art furnishings are harmoniously coordinated and offer you exactly the luxury you desire on vacation to help you forget the daily grind.
The spacious entryway, equipped with a light sensor and controls for the floor heating, leads you to the two bedrooms, where you’ll find ample storage space—even for a longer stay.
At the request of some guests, the bedrooms can now be completely darkened with blackout curtains and pleated blinds on the interior doors.
The box-spring beds feature a single, continuous 1.80 m-wide mattress, which you should keep in mind if you plan to bring your own bedding.
If you’d like to watch a movie before going to sleep, you can do so comfortably from your bed, as each closet is equipped with a smart TV.
A large walk-in closet with shelves and a shoe cabinet is located in the hallway.
After a day at the beach on the Baltic Sea—or even when the weather is bad—you can relax in your spa bathroom with a sauna and a large rain shower.
You’ll also find a washer-dryer here, should you need it.
The very bright living area features a top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art kitchen and a relaxation area with a pull-out couch and a recliner, as well as a large smart TV with a soundbar for cozy and unforgettable moments.
On the very large south-facing loggia, you can enjoy the sun on a lounge chair, have breakfast, or linger late into the evening to wind down the day. Of course, we’ve also accommodated the request for high-quality glass privacy screens on the balustrades.

The apartment was as described. Very nicely furnished and well-equipped. The apartment has a parking space right in front of the building. It’s conveniently located, with a discount store just around the corner, and the walk to the promenade isn’t too far either. You don’t often find an apartment with a built-in sauna. We were able to relax nicely for a week.

A great apartment with modern furnishings and a super central location. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. Aldi and Rewe are right across the street. This was our second time staying in an apartment in this building, and we’ll definitely be back.
