Here you’ll find a lovingly furnished, 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment, approximately 40 square meters in size and suitable for 2–4 people. The inner bedroom features a double bed (2 x 0.9 m x 2 m). The living room has a sofa bed (1.4 m x 2 m). The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living/dining area. The bathroom with shower is located inside the apartment. The gently sloping sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and you don’t have to cross any streets to get there.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
All of our properties are non-smoking.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.
The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer. The machines can be used for a fee

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir spontan verlängert haben. Eine eher einfache FeWo, aber mit Hund ideal. In wenigen Schritten geht’s zum Strand! Wir buchen beim nächsten Mal genau dieses Appartement wieder!!

Das Team von Sabine Petersen Immobilien waren außerordentlich freundlich und haben uns sehr gut beraten.
Wir wurden beim Einchecken unterstützt und uns wurden mehrere gute Restaurants empfohlen, auch haben wir auf Hinweis vom personal einen Walk entlang der Steilküste gemacht, diesen können wir ebenfalls weiterempfehlen!
Unsere Unterkunft war auch sehr schick eingerichtet.
Aufzuwachen und einen Blick über die gesamte Lübecker Bucht zu haben, war einfach super schön.
Hier machen wir auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub.
