About this apartment rental
Welcome to the beautiful “Schnigge” vacation apartment, No. 48.
This modern, non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a balcony. You’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a living room with an integrated kitchenette and access to the balcony. The living room features a sleeper sofa; the vacation rental can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. From the balcony, you have a direct view across the residential complex to the Baltic Sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sauna. The high ceilings with wooden beams make the apartment feel very large and spacious, and the many windows flood it with light.
A pellet stove in the living room and the sauna create a cozy oasis of comfort even during the cold season. The apartment has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase in a building with three residential units.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
Electricity is billed at €0.60/kWh based on consumption.

Strandpark Sierksdorf is quietly located on the outskirts of town and combines the special atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style vacation home community with its close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in every season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.
The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.
The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted exclusively on the lawn. Each accommodation includes a parking space. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.
A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, four EV charging stations with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW are available in the public area.

Ein schöner Ort, um direkt am Strand zu sein und das „ Ostseefeeling“ hautnah erleben zu können.
Wunderbare Möglichkeit, mit Hund Urlaub direkt am Wasser zu machen.

Super Wohnung, freundliches Team. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, was fehlt ist ein Sonnenschirm für den Sonnenschirmständer auf dem Balkon.
