The modern Apartment No. 483 is located on the mezzanine level of the Ferienpark apartment complex in Sierksdorf, close to the beach. With approximately 40 m² of space, this bright and tastefully furnished two-room vacation apartment accommodates up to 3 people and impresses with its stylish design and quiet location.
The centerpiece of the vacation apartment is the open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. The modern black leather sofa set, which includes an additional sleeping area (120 x 190 cm), combined with the harmonious lighting design, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A 49-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system provide entertainment, while blackout curtains allow you to darken the living area as needed.
The modern kitchen is open to the living area and features a counter with bar stools. It is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two mattresses of different firmness levels (firm and medium-firm), as well as a spacious wardrobe (200 x 230 cm). A special highlight is the floor-to-ceiling glass partition between the living room and bedroom, which can be opened to create a spacious, open feel or, if desired, used to separate the two rooms.
The modern bathroom is designed in timeless white with dark floor tiles and features a shower (90 x 90 cm) with a thermostatic faucet, a wall-mounted toilet, and a hair dryer.
The approximately 7 m² east-facing balcony offers morning sun until around 2:00 p.m. as well as a limited view of the sea due to the neighboring buildings. Seating, a table, and an awning invite you to relax and unwind.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a few steps away. A shared laundry room with washers and dryers is available for a fee. A free parking space is available for your use during your stay.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought from home or rented for a fee. The vacation rental is a smoke-free apartment.
Please note: Swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies between spring and late summer. These protected animals and their nests must not be removed. The balcony can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
