Super updated and modern, with a very nice location if you are taking the ONCF trains. It's right next door.

Right next to the train station.
There was welcome sweets in the room,
There was good-bye sweet upon check out.
Room was so comfortable.
I almost could not wake up.
Nothing.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Kenitra. Perfect location, literally next to the train station.

Very good location, new hotel.
Very pleasant security staff as well as lady called Souad.
Upon check in we’ve learnt that there is a concert going on in the ground floor restaurant.
Lady at the reception named Haja extremely unwelcoming. We did not feel welcomed at all! We’ve been assigned a room right above the restaurant where the gig was taking place. It was extremely noisy. I went downstairs to complain and request room change - no apologies, no smile. Been told performance will finish at 22:00 (it finished at 22:30). It was 6pm - i expressed that I want to sleep in the room I paid for after 9 hours of driving regardless of what time it’ll finish. No apologies, just card thrown on the counter with new room number.
