The location was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly - good support with printing and printers on how to get across town for my appointments.
At breakfast, not all dishes arrived on time.
(It was sometimes a hit and miss for my favourite flat bread.)

Support from reception was great. Helped me extend my reservation on short notice as my assignment in Rabat took longer than expected.
Zineb and the team ensured a highly dependable service.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was lovely and the whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel had a really nice atmosphere and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. I genuinely had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat. I would happily stay here again whenever I return to Morocco.
I honestly have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience overall.

Location of the property is great, it’s only 5 mins walk to Hassan Tower on a quiet road. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good which included fresh omelet. Fortunately Air Con was good too.
Staff at the reception was polite and helpful.
Bathroom flooded - After three days of travelling through the Sahara, I was really looking forward to taking a proper shower. Unfortunately, the bathroom flooded, the water kept overflowing from the shower area and spreading all over the bathroom floor.
Old taxi - We booked the taxi service through the hotel and paid a fairly high price for it. However, the taxi was extremely old, possibly around 20 years old, and, unfortunately, it didn’t have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable.
