FOR NON-SMOKERS ONLY / NOSMOKERS ONLY—including no smoking on balconies or outdoors—NO SAILORS / NO SAILORS
Lindau—the enchanting old town island on Lake Constance, in one of Europe’s most charming lake regions,
—and you’ll be staying right in the heart of it all, surrounded by history in a car-free zone.
The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via 3.5 flights of stairs through a magnificent stairwell in a historic Art Nouveau building from 1910.
Its original, preserved condition did not allow for the retrofitting of an elevator.
So take the climb as a chance to get some exercise.
The building has 15 small condominiums (some of which are vacation rentals) and a Sparkasse branch
on the first floor; It has been extensively renovated and, with its delicately structured facade, the corner turret
, and the dormers set among the original roof tiles, is a true eye-catcher.
This outstanding appearance is matched by the
exquisite finishes of the 36-square-meter apartment, which includes 2 (!) shower rooms.
IMPORTANT!
Loading and unloading is possible in front of the building,
Long-term parking is only available on the mainland at P2 through P7.
Return transfers are available via shuttle buses.
