This bright, newly renovated, non-smoking vacation apartment is located in a picturesque, narrow alleyway between the pedestrian zone at the Old Town Hall and the “small lake.” The quiet, 33 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a charmingly renovated, historic building from the 17th century and can accommodate up to two people.
This stylish one-room apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort. The spacious living and sleeping area is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed, a TV, and a dining area. An open, comfortably furnished kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower provide additional comfort. In the entryway, a large closet provides practical storage space.
This cozy vacation apartment is the ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers who want to stay in a central location while still enjoying peace and quiet.

In winter, the romantic Lindau Harbor Christmas Market entices visitors with atmospheric lighting, regional specialties, and cozy market stalls right on the shores of Lake Constance. You’ll also benefit from convenient access to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and the Allgäu—thanks to direct train connections, you’ll be on the slopes in no time and can enjoy the perfect combination of the Lake Constance and Alpine experiences.
Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.
The visitor’s tax is charged separately and remitted to the municipality.
Important Information:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in this accommodation. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe provided, a late arrival is no problem. The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can conveniently drive right up to the front door to load and unload. For parking options in Lindau, please refer to the city of Lindau’s Park & Ride service. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card, which grants you free travel by bus and train within the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo) region. Wir waren 2017 dort und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Alles sauber und gepflegt, sowie der Empfang war alles prima. Der Autostellplatz ist etwas weiter weg, aber auch das ist kein Problem!
Ruhige Lage, und man erreicht alles zu Fuß.
Und das beste: unser Vierbeiner durfte mit! :-)

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter und Eigentümerin. Das Appartement ist klein, hat aber alles was eine Urlaubswohnung benötigt. Lediglich die Matratze war etwas weich und das WLAN funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Lage im Gässele zentral und schnuckelig.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und unser Vierbeiner hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, bis auf die glatten Böden, wo er zeitweise Probleme beim Laufen hatte.
Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen für ein paar Tage Erholung.
