Small size makes it cosy and quiet. Classy design. Very clean, comfortable and (for Japanese standards) large rooms. The hotel staff were very professional, kind and helpful, storing my luggage for longer than hotel policy suggested. Very much appreciated! Good breakfast, although it's at a restaurant 50m away.
Some traffic noise from a nearby highway. But in Tokyo those highways almost everywhere..

Fairly new Hotel. Room is larger than standard Tokyo Hotels. Modern, simple, bright, super clean. All worked. A few minutes walk from Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent.
Only 1 pillow (each) was provided. 2 each would have been PERFECT. We probably could have asked but didn't bother as we only stayed for a few hours for an early train/ flight.

Hotel is very close (8mins walk) to Hamamatsuchō Station with Sky Train directly to Haneda airport. Breakfast place is 50m from hotel with lovely Continental or Japanese options.
The hotel is next to a highway overpass, and is very noisy at night, so I did not have a good sleep.
Even though I requested and paid for late check out, the front desk asked me to check out on time. The front desk needed to double check before allowing me to have late check out.
