I was already familiar with 9hours Akasaka and this one in Hamamatsucho is equally nice — and also convenient for taking the train for Haneda the next morning. What I particularly appreciated in this 9hours were the large showers and the panoramic lounge at the 10th floor with a rooftop view on Tokyo tower, spectacular at night. Despite the linear layout of the capsules, I've spent two good nights in here ; and as for 9hours Akasaka, the staff was nice. Also, I appreciated the self-deposit for luggages until check-in.
A 10 floors building means the elevator may be quite busy.

Clean and well maintained. Location useful for public transportation buying small stuff.
Decoration or rather its total absence. It’s like being in a Navy ship.

Convenient check in! My flight arrive way later than expected and for the price i paid, i was able to refresh and use all the facilities and get a nap in before my check out. Friendly staff clean areas

The Capsule is easy to climb into.
The male locker room is very crampt and on a different level than the sleeping quarters.
