Hotel is near all main tourist sights very walkable. Room is clean and very spacious. Separate living and sleeping quarters and bathroom is clean and reasonably sized. Good security and easy to self check in. Able to leave luggage safely until departure. Lots of eating options nearby. Has water dispenser in lobby.

Spacious, drinking water just by lift, cups provided, tea and coffee facilities in the room, comfortable beds
Not as clean as expected, especially the bathroom

Excellent location. Quiet, very clean room. Excellent breakfast for €13.
What I most appreciated, apart from the cleanliness, were the little kindnesses shown to me by the staff - e.g. letting me store my luggage in the hotel after I'd checked out.
Nothing of note.
