Location and reception staff are very nice. Staff is friendly but English is limited so you may need some basic Japanese to work with them. Rooms are good, comfortable and clean, albeit a bit small.
The reception area is freezing cold during summers! While that sounds like a good thing, walking into the freezing reception while being sweaty and hot from the humid Osaka summers is not that pleasant of an experience. Otherwise no negative comments.

The price/value. A good ratio.

The location
The room is quite small and our bed was broken, annoying sound with every turn and movement on the bed. The staff is not friendly as well and difficult to communicate using English (luckily with translation app we are still able to communicate).
