Great value for the location. Family Mart is right across the street and a good amount of restaurants and shops near the hotel. The shopping street, Daimaru mall and Parco mall are just across the street(you can use the under tunnel to get to the mall and train station before you cross the street too).
My hotel room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and speaks English. I like that they have a separate room to keep your luggage locked if you arrived the hotel earlier or for whatever reason you couldn't check in yet. There are als shower supply packs like lotions, shower gel and q-tips free to take at the lobby, and their quality is pretty good too.
I had the chance to stay in their smallest bedroom and the next size up. While the small one is enough for myself, I highly recommend the next size up if you like bigger rooms because it was significantly bigger, and the price is not much of a difference.
The only suggestion I have is to have a small cafe or restaurant within the hotel, so I could grab a quick bite or coffee if I'm in a rush.
