Ideally located in the north of the island: beach 300 meters away, views of the countryside, right next to bike paths. A 5-minute bike ride from the Saint-Denis marina and its market, and also 5 minutes from La Brée.
Recreational activities: sailing school (catamaran, windsurfing), kitesurfing (Plage des Huttes), surfing (Plage des Boulassiers).
Suitable for people with disabilities and/or limited mobility (single-level).
