Welcome to Villa Breuil, an elegant, bright single-storey villa located in La Brée-les-Bains, on the Ile d'Oléron. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it offers a privileged setting just 450 metres from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village, its daily market, shops and restaurants.
Thanks to its exceptional location, you can make the most of your stay without a car: beaches, walks, market and restaurants are within walking or cycling distance.PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe villa can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its three comfortable bedrooms. The first has a 160 cm double bed, the second has a 140 cm double bed, while the third, designed for children, is equipped with two bunk beds for four people. The house also has two bathrooms, a large bright living room opening onto the garden and an office area equipped with a screen for those who wish to telework during their stay.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. You will find an oven, a multifunction microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine and a Bosch capsule machine, not to mention all the utensils and equipment necessary for everyday cooking.
Outside, discover a pleasant enclosed and flowered garden as well as a superb heated swimming pool of 3 x 9 meters, secure and accessible from May to the end of September. The furnished terrace, the deckchairs, the sunbeds and the Weber barbecue invite you to take full advantage of the long sunny days in a quiet and preserved setting.
