Cleanliness, facilities, amenities, AC, pools, peacefulness, staff and location were all great. Plus for nearby stores, shops and restaurants.
The sound insulation of the building is not the best. That is difficult to change but upgrading balcony doors' rubber linings into double linings could help. Kitchen frying pans teflon was chipping off, they could be renewed and wooden kitchen utensils added.

2 large rooms + one hall between them. If you have loud kids in one room - you will not hear them in another :)
Nice almost private balcony where you can set at the evening, read, drink vine.
Helpfull stuff.
Needs a bit renovation - walls, walpapers...
It's better to add such small things as salt, sugar, oil, tables for dishwasher.
There is mosque near hotel - it may be loud in the morning :)

Such an incredible, immaculately presented and comfortable hotel. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend and we will return.

The location was good for us as we needed to attend the University Hospital
The room was really cold when we arrived. This is obviously a summer only hotel. We were handed a sheet of paper on arrival to say that our rooms would only be cleaned every other day. Unacceptable when there are toilet bins. To be fair the staff did have a word with the cleaners and our bathroom was cleaned every day. But we should not have had to ask. This should be standard
