Location was perfect, just across the road is a proper beach, a mix of sand and pebbles… restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy all around.
The room is air conditioned.
They advertised a room with a proper balcony but on arrival we got a room with a very small spaced balcony that fit one plastic chair and table… we stayed a week and had to ask for sheets to be changed. There was only one toilet roll per day. There was no provision in the room for ironing , however, you can request laundry and ironing services at a fee. We booked transfer to the airport as we were checking out extra early but transfer did not show up. However, a local taxi was called and was there within minutes .
It was also noisy into the nights and early hours with night life and calls to prayer from a nearby mosque

The location was good, by the beach front, easy to access. Staff were nice and breakfast selection was great. Price was reasonable.
They play bands in the restaurant downstairs and the rooms don’t have enough sound proofing so it is very noisy. The beds don’t have duvet, just a thin sheets to cover you so it can be cold with the air conditioning. They advertise a gym that is uncleaned dusty and has rusty equipment.
