This apartment is in a great location, it is very close to Trevi fountain. We were a quick walk away but our street was nice and quiet and calm. We felt the location was very safe and had no issues. Air conditioning worked really well. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was perfect! We arrived during a heat wave and the air conditioning was incredible! A unit in each bedroom and the living room. It was a massive blessing and made the accommodation extremely pleasant for cooling down and sleeping at night. The location is ideal for access to all the sites and so many restaurants and Gelato. This was my first stay and myself and my two young adults were in heaven. They were able to use the separate beds in the second bedroom while I took the primary bedroom for myself.Everything was exceptionally clean and beautiful. Kitchen was very useful and well stacked.Maria was extremely helpful and friendly. Access to the accommodation was easy with Maria organizing to meet us at the front door.It was truly epic and I could not want for anything more for our family.AMAZING!!!I can easily recommend this accom to others!

The location is great, appartment was equipped with everything. Communication with host was fine. Our check-in was delayed due to installing brand new 3 ACs (they worked perfectly)
The reason for my 3 stars is the cleanliness. The shower is smelly and its walls are full of mould. The toilets are REALLY SUPER dirty, we showed Maria and the cleaning lady the toilet bowls but they didn’t care!…I wish if the host do something about that to make guests experience more enjoyable. Also, the sinks in the bathroom and powder room have very weak water pressure but according to the host this is normal!
