In this middle house in a row, located in an absolutely quiet outskirt area, a comfortable stay is guaranteed. It is warmly and comfortably furnished. From your east-facing terrace, you’ll enjoy a stunning view across meadows and forests all the way to the Alps.

The middle townhouse is located in a quiet outskirt of the vacation village, facing east with a view of meadows and mountains. It accommodates up to 4 people. There are 9 steps leading up to the house. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove (ceramic cooktop) without range hood, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (laminate flooring)
The living room is furnished and features a cozy seating area as well as living room furniture. A flat-screen TV and radio are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. Barbecuing with your own grill is permitted. The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.
Bedroom 1 (laminate flooring)
This bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. You also have access to the terrace from this room.
Bedroom 2 (tile flooring)
This room features a double bed (1.40 m) and a wardrobe.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.
Terrace
The south-facing terrace is furnished with a garden table and 4 chairs, as well as two lounge chairs. A beach umbrella can be borrowed at the front desk.

Please reserve the crib and high chair when booking. Both will be ready upon your arrival.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding.
