What a find! Loved the fact that although you could self check in there was someone on reception to help 24/7! The whole place looked very new and very looked after.
Our room was on the ground floor and really decent size for 2 of us to move around. Very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom huge & great shower. They had thought of a lot of amenities in the kitchen and liked that sponge & cleaning cloths were new.
Bathroom had a nice walk in shower with rain & hand held shower options.
Apartment is in a good area, central to train station and public transport options.
Would certainly stay here again as it was just perfect!
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I had to suggest anything would be maybe some hooks by the door to hang coats.
The room we had was street level but windows were very high up to open.

Room was lovely, spacious, clean and modern. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Entire building appears recently renovated. Excellent price. Easy check in process. Close to both the subway and tram stops.
There is some construction work currently ongoing across the street which means some noise. The building is also close to the main train station which means that some sound/vibration from trains during all times of the day and night - this didn't personally bother me but it something to be aware of. My room was on the ground floor near the front door, which is heavy and automatically closes after use making a loud bang - again something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

Location was fair.
Room amenities were OK.
Misleading pictures on Booking.com.
Promised facilities not provided.
Attitude of staff.
Quality of bed and mattress.
Not suited for seniors. Too many steps for hauling baggage to the room, even on ground floor. No ramps.
