EA Hotel Moment Self Check-In

Hotel veramente confortevole e pulito. Camere spaziose e letto comodo. Struttura nuova.

Perfektně zařízené pokoje, čistota, moc chválím recepci.

Pobyt v hoteli hodnotím pozitívne. Izba bola veľká, priestranná a čistá, raňajky boli výborné a neskutočne veľký výber. Menším negatívom bol komplikovanejší check-in, keďže hotel funguje bez klasickej recepcie, avšak dá sa to zvládnuť. Fotky izieb boli reálne a zodpovedali realite.

Za väčší nedostatok však považujem telefonickú komunikáciu. Na recepciu sa mi nepodarilo dovolať ani po šiestich pokusoch, čo je pri hoteli bez stálej recepcie dosť nepraktické. Či už som volal na číslo recepcie priamo z hotelového telefónu, alebo mobilné kt. bolo uvedené v rezervácii aj na web stránke hotela.

Extremely clean room. Shower was incredible. Location great, and only a few minutes' walk from the airport bus stop.

There's two things that I didn't like about this place, and would put me off from staying here again: 1. You're meant to receive a code on your check-in day to access the building/ your room. This wasn't ever sent through, even though I had completed all online check-in steps in advance (and received email confirmation that I had done so). I sent the hotel three separate messages to let them know that I hadn't received the code, and could they please send it. I didn't get a single reply to any message. Eventually, not long before midnight on the check-in day, I got through to someone on the phone who told me that we'd need to walk to their sister hotel to check in. No apology or explanation for not sending the code. The sister hotel is on the same street and only about 200m away so not exactly far, but it was an additional worry that I didn't need, and didn't exactly get the stay off to a great start. 2. I was travelling to Prague with my teenage son and booked this hotel specifically because the room was meant to have a king bed and a separate sofa bed. After eventually checking in to the room, it turns out that the 'sofa bed' is actually just an armchair that hadn't been made up into a sofa bed, and there wasn't any extra bed linen available so that I could make it up myself. I think if you're booking a room that says it has a bed as well as a sofa bed, the sofa bed should be ready to use (or there should be linen available so that you can do so). By the time we checked in it was 3am and we just wanted to go to bed, but instead I had to go back out of the hotel and down the street to speak to the man at the reception of the sister hotel. I was told that no rooms had any made-up sofa beds and that could only be fixed the next day. This whole experience really put a downer on our stay and caused unnecessary stress.
