The amenities were great, lovely new gym, nice rooms and excellent beach access (even if the sea seemed to always be out). The staff were excellent - very attentive and helpful. The beach bbq was superb.
Food often came with missing ingredients or changes without any warning. À la carte particularly was disappointing. Biggest gripe though was that we had chosen a hotel with a lovely pool and swim up bar. Unfortunately this was offer busy with noisy children which spoilt the vibe. We felt the children should have been in a different area of the pool to the bar to be honest.

We loved the location on the beach and close to the ocean. The staff were absolutely incredible; the Bar staff, Jennifer on the Yoga mats, the wonderful Room cleaners who did beautiful artwork with the towels and the incredible chef and his team for amazing food. Ester went out of her way to help with Room allocation and we were also offered free massages.
Nothing.

TOA Hotel & Spa is nice, clean, and has good, serene environment. All the staff members, without exception, are friendly, professional, respectful, and entertaining. There is a life band and fun-filled entertainment every night. The meals are well prepared and delicious with varieties to choose from the buffet. The Tuesday night BBQ/ Dinner on the beach with life band entertaining is fantastic.
