unclear what’s the logic behind clearing the room is as there are no papers to hang

Very good location, with some of the best blackout blinds we have encountered. The hotel is incredibly neat, and is perfect for a Brussels visit. The reception staff were great, as were the housekeeping ladies.
The bar servers seemed to be inexperienced and struggled to take our orders.

Close to the centre, good location! Black out curtains. A must to a good sleep.

Breakfast was ok just the usual stuff you can find at a breakfast buffet. Coffee was very good.
Hotel was clean and very aesthetic to the eye.
It was disappointing that after paying 30 euros per person per day for breakfast they charged extra for waffles and omelets ☹️☹️☹️ it’s the waffle country after all…I have been to simple hotels where waffles were made by guests and it was a minimum they could offer…
They have no parking on site so we paid 25 euros a day to park where they suggested but if you got out of the parking 2 times per day you had to pay again
Cleaning staff missed 3 days in a row to fill the shower gel so i had to go to the front desk to ask for shower gel
Lastly pool closes at 10 pm and guests need a reservation to access it, as there is a limit of ppl per hour
