Staff was very friendly and respectful. Very Clean rooms. Healthy breakfast was provided (extra pay) on request. Beautiful tiny floral garden at front.
Bathroom was small and triangular. Rooms felt too cold could have provided a room heater. No help for luggage transfer from car to room . Room is on first floor. This can be improved.

Value for money with good cleanliness and located in a nice place.
The staff kept us waiting for 40 minutes due to some confusion from their end even though I got a text message from them regarding confirmation! They then called some other party and confirmed their cancellation to allot us. This is understandable but shouldn’t be done after we reach the location.
The location is prone to noise and even normal conversations can be heard from outside.
There was some issue with some other guest and they created a ruckus late at night making it difficult for us to get good rest.
