Lovely spacious charming apartment, in a really great location, close to all the main attractions within walking distance to sites, restaurants and shopping.

Unfortunately all the bedding, quilt cover was old and bubbly and needed upgrading. That made our stay abit uncomfortable. One of the shower bathroom had mould, needs improvement, and the shower was faulty, needs fixing.

Disastrous accommodation at an outrageous price. Fraud!

The terraces, which were of course not usable in February due to the temperature.

Unfortunately, we have to assume fraudulent motives for this accommodation: We had booked the flat under the name "Luxury House ....". - to spend 1 week there. There is really nothing luxurious here. The entrance is in a dirty pedestrian zone, so that the luggage has to be transported a long way. Already the street and the entrance gate (photo 1 and 2) and directly afterwards the rat warning (photo 3) did not bode well. The first and second courtyards (photo 4 and 5) did not look any better. As there is only a very narrow staircase up to the 3rd floor, you should be fit enough and not carry too much luggage. The battered entrance door to the flat matched the previous picture (photos 6 and 7). Unfortunately, so did the entire flat. It consists of a hodgepodge of worn furniture and, above all, worn, worn-out and dirty seating (photos 8 to 13). The bed, too, had its best days long behind it. The floor in front of one bathroom is damaged and the bathroom itself is so small that you can only use the sink when sitting on the toilet (photos 14 and 15). In the other mini-bathroom we did not like to use at least the toilet (photo 16). The kitchen is also outdated (photo 17). The way to the bedrooms leads over a self-built, irregular landing with unusually high steps. In addition, there is an unsecured edge for falling in front of one of the bedrooms (photo 18). The worst thing in February, however, was that - contrary to the information on the portal - there was no heating. So we sat in our thick jackets in the flat freezing at about 15°C. The outside temperatures were after a year. By the way, the outside temperatures were in the single digits after sunset. We had booked 7 days, but left after the first night. The landlady refused to refund any money. So one night cost us about 1,000 €!
