Check-in process was very fast, staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was served in a bright, spacious and relaxing ambience, though the food was good rather exceptional. Hotel location is great, easy to find food with 24-hrs convenience store next door. Reasonable distance from train station and airport, for the latter you can easily access it via the main road or jump onto the toll road.
Nothing, we didn't experience any bad things. It was a short stay though.

Bathroom is small but sufficient

Location and staff were exceptional
The toilet and shower was outdated and seemed like a retrofitted into a room. It was not pleasant to have a shower or use the toilet facilities. But the rest of the hotel and reception looked quite modern and clean
