About this house rental
Surrounded by many olive trees, this pretty independent house completely renovated with taste welcomes you for a 100% relaxing stay in the South Ardèche. Located in the town of Ruoms, the cottage is ideal for exploring the wonderful Gorges de l'Ardèche as well as the magnificent villages of character such as Balazuc or Labeaume. You benefit from a proximity to the center of the village, where you can walk and find all the shops, restaurants and services. Don't miss the obligatory appointment: the Friday morning market to taste the good local products. The greenway a few meters from the cottage is perfect for a safe walk or bike ride.
La Picholine is a house arranged on 2 levels for 2 people. No vis-à-vis and a tranquility that will seduce you. You enjoy a beautiful private outdoor space as well as a 4x4m swimming pool open from May to October. The large covered terrace, facing South, allows you to have meals and barbecues outside, in all weathers. On the other side, it is ideal for relaxing, reading or drinking a coffee in the shade.
Inside, on the first floor, you have a fully equipped living room with living area, living room with TV and integrated kitchen. Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with an air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, the bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. Between modernity and comfort for a 100% successful stay!

Lovely detached house surrounded by olive trees, only 10 minute walk into town where there are plenty of bars and cafes. Supermarket just 5 minutes down the road.Easy to drive to, just off the main road.Plenty of parking space.The pool isn’t that large but still great for cooling off in. And the air-con in the bedroom was a most welcome addition.All the fixtures and fittings look pretty new.Everything in the house was very clean.The roads are really well maintained in this area so it’s easy to get around.

A lovely week's stay, exploring the Ardeche area around Roums. The property was well provided, clean and in great repair. The pool and air conditioned bedroom were a real bonus in the hot weather.Arnaud was a lovely, helpful host - thank you.

Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlichen für den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Sowohl das Häuschen, wie auch die Umgebung entsprachen dem Inserat. Der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein, Arnaud hat ihn regelmässig morgens früh gesäubert. Einkaufen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit dem Auto in ca 5 Minuten möglich. Auch den Dorfkern, kann man zu Fuss innert 10 Minuten erreichen.
Dieses Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen.
