Delphine and Cyrille welcome you to studio 27 of 20m² with balcony and swimming pool. Ideally located in the center of Ruoms, charming village in the heart of the southern Ardèche!
This bright and functional studio is perfect for 2 adults and a child under 10 years old. It has:
• A sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed 140x190 and a mezzanine bed 80x200
• A fully equipped kitchenette
• A bathroom with shower and toilet
• A private balcony to enjoy breakfast in the sun or an aperitif at the end of the day

• Free access to the swimming pool of the residence, ideal for cooling off after a day of hiking or canoeing
• Secure and quiet residence
• Studio in the center of Ruoms: all shops, restaurants, markets and entertainment are within walking distance
• Secure room for bicycles, strollers or leisure equipment
• The Ardèche less than 10 minutes walk
• Swimming spot La Beaume (Peyroche beach) 5 minutes by car
• Unloading possible in the residence. Parking outside, 4 free parking lots just a stone's throw away.
