Located on the hills of Nice, this superb 72 m2 apartment on the 1st floor of the owners' villa, will offer you an exceptional panoramic view of the Baie des Anges and the surrounding mountains.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment, crossing and bright with its southern exposure, will offer you sun from morning to evening. With air conditioning and double glazing, you will have a peaceful stay.
You will find everything you need for a perfect holiday with a bright living room opening onto 2 terraces facing South-East and West, a fully equipped open kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, large storage cupboard and private bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with two single beds or a double bed and a large closet. An independent bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet plus a separate toilet.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional extra beds.
Enjoy the beautiful open-air main terrace, furnished with garden furniture that will allow you to relax and sunbathe around a good rosé, while admiring the Belle Bleue and its boats that sail. Sunbeds available on this terrace.
Enjoy a good time with family or friends from the terrace adjoining the kitchen, its extendable table will allow you to accommodate 6 people and you will be sheltered from the sun thanks to the electric awning. An electric grill-plancha available on this terrace.
The veranda at the entrance is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and small fridge.

The hosts are amazing. The apartment has incredible views and everything you can imagine and/or need while being on a trip. It truly felt like a home away from home. Probably need a car since it’s not close to the city center but we had one and it made things so much easier.

Beautiful stay at an amazing property. Exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Serge & Marcelle were wonderful hosts, very responsive and always happy to help to ensure our stay was amazing.
Pool area is beautiful with great views and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious.
The property is located a little way from most amenities on a hill, so a car is recommended but it's easy if you have one.

Unbelievably perfect property. Best views in nice. The rental was immaculate. The unit is incredible, everything a family could need and more. Kitchen was excellent, terraces were breathtaking. Our kids loved the pool. Bedrooms were large, well-laid out, air conditioned. This was the perfect property.The hosts are amazingly friendly and welcoming.
