Beautiful, perfectly located, and spotless—would gladly return.

We stayed for three nights at Blue Pearl Vue Mer By Avecoeur, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience in every way! The location is perfect – close to everything, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The view is truly breathtaking; it was a joy to wake up to it every morning and unwind with it in the evening. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly from the booking process to our arrival, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable stay in an excellent location. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a fabulous view and laid out perfectly for couples to have privacy. The deck with view of the Mediterranean was a fabulous area to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. The private patio off the second bedroom was very nice.

The apartment could certainly use a refresh, especially painting, and deep cleaning. The lack of essential needs, ie towels, shampoo, blow dryer.. provided a challenge. The beautiful view came with a price of needing a taxi for everything. No restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, but Uber eats was available.

Great property, great view and a great short break with the family.

An ideal apartment for family or friends. Very spacious, well proportioned, light and airy & very well fitted out. Great facilities such as the pool, gym and parking. To top it off it has spectacular views of Nice.

As we didn’t have a car it was a bit too far out, however, Uber’s were prompt and offered good value. Unfortunately, there didn’t appear to be any local shops or restaurants.

Excellent apartment with great views.

The location was great. The apartment was excellent. Fantastic views. The staff were very accommodating to an early check-in.

The only advice I would give is to allow the bedroom temperature to be lowered below 23 degrees on the air con. It was too warm for me, and opening the doors to outside let the mosquitoes in!

Amazing view💯 New & secure

We couldn’t get out of the private garage with the remote control. We asked help for security to get out for three days
