Your vacation rental No. 9 at Villa Augusta is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.
With a living area of about 60 m²—which, due to the sloped ceilings, corresponds to a floor area of nearly 70 m²—your apartment, bathed in light from morning to night, spans two floors.
The vacation apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a west-facing balcony. The location is very central, directly across from the spa gardens, and the beach is only about 200 m away.
On the lower floor is the cozy living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture. The entire apartment features easy-to-maintain designer flooring.
In the lower bedroom, the double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The balcony door can be darkened with pleated blinds. In the second bedroom—on the upper floor—there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm), both of which can be pulled out to form a double bed if needed.
The separate kitchen in your vacation rental includes 4 stovetop burners, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This is a non-smoking vacation rental where a maximum of two pets are allowed.
Villa Augusta is located in the center of Boltenhagen. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available on the premises. You can park your car in the outdoor parking space belonging to the apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super zentral gelegen, ordentlich eingerichtet alles vorhanden. Wir waren in der Nebensaison von daher konnten wir direkt mit unserem Hund an den Strand. Beide Hundestrände sind etwas weiter weg zum laufen, in der Hauptsaison muss man das mögen.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden sie in der Nebensaison auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Es ist eine großzügige und helle Wohnung. Sie ist maritim und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber alles was man braucht. Das WLan arbeitet mit max. 5 MB (Streaming wird zur Geduldsprobe) und es gibt nur eine übersichtliche Anzahl an Steckdosen in den Zimmern.

Die Wohnung ist hell und toll eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral und man ist sehr zügig am Strand. Die ganzen alten großen Bäume und Parkanlage sind toll, so werden sogar die großen Hotels versteckt. Der Ort Ansicht ist klein aber fein und gemütlich.Ist man Hundebesitzer darf man jedoch vom Hundestrand nicht viel erwarten. Dieser war nicht geräumt und sehr klein. Wenn man dort hin fährt, weil man mit seinem Hund am Strand herumtollen möchte, muss in der Zeit von September bis April fahren. Dann können Hunde überall sein. Im Sommer wird das am Hundestrand sehr eng und dann ist mit herumtollen auch nichts.
Ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter im Büro super freundlich.
