Vacation Apartment No. 115 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
This apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates up to 4 people in a space of approximately 53 m². The newly designed vacation apartment features a living/dining area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a southeast-facing terrace. The beach is approximately 400 m from the resort.
On the furnished terrace, which also features a beach chair, you can relax in good company. In the living area, the cozy sofa bed (160 x 180 cm) invites you to unwind. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.
The vacation rental’s new kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a dishwasher. A cozy dining area for 4 people awaits you in the living room.
The bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Curtains and pleated blinds have been installed on the windows for privacy.
The shower room is accessible from the hallway. The vacation apartment features designer flooring and tile. In this non-smoking apartment, a maximum of one pet is allowed.
The designated parking space is located directly in front of the apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack on the house or in the shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Die Größe Wohnung ist gut sie ist schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend, aber es fehlen Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. eine Küchenschere, Eierbecher und Pfannenwender. Der Außenbereich ist schön zum entspannen mit Strandkorb und Sitzgruppe. Abdunkeln des Schlafbereichs mit dunklen Vorhängen möglich.
