About this house rental
The Reet/AM12a vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.
Spanning three floors, this thatched-roof vacation home features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here across 100 m².
The first floor of the vacation home features the living room, a cozy dining area, a sofa, and the integrated kitchenette. The guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway are also located here. The furnished south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, and a Blu-ray player are available. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The two bedrooms in the attic each feature a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), as well as closets with ample space for your vacation wardrobe. The attic also features a bathroom with a bathtub and a hallway. In the loft, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
Two bedrooms are additionally equipped with a TV. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home. A small infrared sauna and a washing machine are also available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.
The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home has 2 designated parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. You can store your bicycles in the shed. The beach is only about 400 m away.
Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without bedding).
In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high in the air on the various swings, ride the rocking animals, or dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.
Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched-roof house. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at each house.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, vermittelt ein einladendes Ambiente und die Häuser sehr gut ausgestattet.
Hier kann man Urlaub machen.....

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in dem Haus und es hat uns gut gefallen. Sicherlich sind diverse Gebrauchsspuren vorheriger Gäste erkennbar, dies hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt war mit dem Rad überhaupt kein Problem, der Strand fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Das Haus Nr. 12 a läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr modern und gut durchdacht sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern ist gedacht, durch Hochstuhl, Kinder-Reisebett, Kinder-WC-Sitz, Strand-Bollerwagen. Die bodentiefen Fenster sorgen für genügend Licht im geräumigen EG. Die moderne Küche bietet alles für die Hausfrau, so daß es Spaß macht, die Speisen selbst zuzubereiten. Am gemütlichsten empfanden wir die Terrasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln sowie dem luxuriösen Strandkorb. Auch die Anzahl der Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse entspricht der Anzahl der Gäste; dies ist nicht in jeder Unterkunft selbstverständlich. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist ebenfalls perfekt für jedes Alter machbar. Zusammenfassend kann man dieses Haus aus bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall in Kürze erneut buchen.
