This 53 m² vacation rental on the 1st floor, with a south-west-facing balcony, features a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It is approximately 100 meters from the beach.
The living room features a pull-out double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and is very well equipped with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, VCR, and DVD player—providing plenty of entertainment on rainy days. From the living room, you have direct access to the southwest-facing balcony with its patio furniture. You can enjoy the sun here well into the evening.
The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a second TV. The spacious 3-door closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and much more. Of course, the apartment includes a bathroom with a shower. A convenient washing machine is a nice touch for longer stays. A hair dryer is also provided. There are blinds on the windows. The hallway and living room have laminate flooring, while the bathroom and kitchen are tiled. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in this apartment and pets are not allowed.

The Goosbrink vacation complex is located in a quiet area, just about a 20-minute walk from the town center. An outdoor parking space for your car is available.

Die Lage der Wohnung in Strandnähe, Fußweg ca 3 Minuten ist perfekt, die Wohnung nett eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder !!!

Die Wohnung hat ein sehr gute Lage, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Hätte die Wohnung noch Welan wäre sie perfekt.
