Vacation Home 32c in the Urlauberdorf resort has three rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Holiday Home 32c, with its beach house-style decor spread over two floors, invites you to enjoy your vacation. The approximately 63 square meters of living space include a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest restroom. The main terrace faces southwest. The beach is only about 350 m away.

From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair, among other things. The bright living and dining area features a modern sofa. The fireplace provides pleasant warmth, especially during the cooler months. Entertainment is provided by the flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. The dining area, complete with a dining table and chairs, is also located in the living area.

The bedroom on the first floor features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, on the first floor, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a workspace for writing your vacation postcards. The guest bathroom is also located on the first floor.

A tiled shower room with underfloor heating is located on the first floor. A washing machine and a hair dryer are provided. For younger guests, there is a crib in the vacation home. Tiles were chosen for the flooring in the living area and hallway, while laminate flooring was installed in the bedrooms. The house is equipped with roller shutters, and the bedrooms and living room have fly screens. An ironing board and an iron are provided.

Bicycles you bring with you can be parked at the bike rack next to the house. A safe is available. Dogs are allowed in this non-smoking vacation home. You’ll find a parking space for your car right next to the vacation home. A small playground awaits you on the outskirts of the vacation village. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available.

The Urlauberdorf vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center. The distance to the beach is about 350 meters.

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Vacation Homes in the Vacation Village:

Built in 1997, the vacation village offers spacious accommodations for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.

Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
