Vacation Apartment 10-7 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Spanning approximately 58 m², the “Muschelkalk” vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building 10. This 3-room apartment, which spans two floors, features a southwestern-facing balcony. You’ll have access to two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. The distance to the beach is approximately 250 m.

Take advantage of the opportunity to soak up the sun on the furnished balcony, which opens directly off the living area. The modern living room is equipped with a dining area and a cozy corner sofa. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system with an MP3 player, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs.

The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Designer flooring was chosen for the lower level.

An internal staircase in the living area leads to the two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Roller blinds have been installed on the windows in all bedrooms to block out light. The floor on the upper level is covered with designer flooring.

The tiled shower room features a double sink and a separate toilet. A high chair is included in this vacation rental. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 10. Coin-operated washers and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in this vacation rental.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are welcome in the park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
