Teilweise überfordertes und unfreundliches Servie-/Empfangspersonal. Kundenservice 0 von 10.

Die Lage der Wohnung / des Feriendorfes war super.

Es gab Probleme mit der Wohnung für die der Eigentümer nichts konnte. Es gab einen so abstoßenden Geruch, dass das Personal der Nordic kommen musste. Diese fragten frech, ob jemand auf Toilette gewesen sei, stellten dann aber selber fest, dass der Gestank aus dem Lüftungsschacht kam. Ein Schädlingsbekämpfer kan ohne Termin und sprühte Chemikalien ohne uns zu sagen um was es sich bei dem Material handelt. Am nächsten Tag wurde der Gestank so schlimm das man im Badezimmer Brechreiz bekam und kaum Atmen konnte. Neben Kopfschmerzen und Atem-und Rachbeschwerden hatten wir alle mit großer Übelkeit zu kämpfen. Erst an Tag vier war die Nordic (Verwaltung) bereit uns eine Ersatzwohnung zu geben, welche leider nicht bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes genutzt werden konnte und wir somit den Urlaub früher abbrechen mussten. Nach dem Austausch einer Vielzahl von Emails wurde uns Schadensersatz geleistet. Der Eigentümer hatte gar keinen Problem damit, nur die Nordic hat Probleme gemacht. Die Dame am Empfang hat mehrfach auf Nachfrage nicht ihren Namen genannt. Also musste ich sie der Person von der Geschäftsleitung beschreiben. Die Beschreibung gefiel der Dame am Empfang nicht und dies ließ sie uns aufgebracht wissen und sagte wörtlich " Sie hätten nie hier her kommen sollen und kommen Sie nie wieder". So eine Person am Empfang ist natürlich schwierig, Kunden die einchecken wollten sprachen uns auf das Verhalten der Dame an und sagten das sie sich das nicht gefallen lassen würden. Da die Nordic aber schon genug ärger und Stress im Urlaub verursacht hat, haben wir das Fehlverhalten dieser Dame gern beiseite gelegt und unser schönes Leben weitergeführt. Der Nordic empfehle ich einzelne Personen am Empfang im Umgang mit Kunden nachzuschulen. Das Personal der Nordic im Hausmeisterbereich und Geschäftsleitung vor allem Frau Meyer-Loos waren bemüht Lösungen zu finden und waren kundenorientiert.

Wunderbar für Strandurlaub mit Hund

Perfekte Lage: Zu Fuss 10 Minuten zum Strand, ca. 20 Minuten zum Kurzentrum, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten beim Aldi. Schönes Feriendorf in gepflegter Anlage. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Brötchenwagen, bei dem man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen holen konnte.

Betten etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Auf dem Balkon wäre ein Liegestuhl schön gewesen. In der Dusche an der Decke etwas Schimmel.

Perfekte Lage: Zu Fuss 10 Minuten zum Strand, ca. 20 Minuten zum Kurzentrum, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten beim Aldi. Schönes Feriendorf in gepflegter Anlage. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Brötchenwagen, bei dem man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen holen konnte.
