This cozy ground-floor apartment offers 64 m² of space for up to four people—ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want to experience the beauty of nature. With two inviting bedrooms, a bright living room featuring a sofa and dining area, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll feel right at home here.
The large terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Spend relaxing hours outdoors while the children play on the resort’s own playground or explore the surrounding area. High chairs and cribs are available for our youngest guests, making your stay especially comfortable.
Our vacation rental is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family member definitely doesn’t have to be left behind. Enjoy walks together along the lake or in the nearby forests. Thanks to its central location, numerous recreational activities and attractions are within easy reach. Whether swimming, biking, hiking, or even water sports—there’s something for everyone here!
For active guests, there are several ways to explore the area. In the immediate vicinity, you can try mountain biking, Nordic walking, or even golf. In winter, you’ll also find a wide range of winter sports options, such as cross-country skiing, sledding, and snowboarding. After an eventful day, you can relax in the vacation rental.
You’ll love the well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing a delicious dinner after a day full of adventure. Shared facilities such as a washing machine and dryer are available as needed. Wi-Fi is also provided, so you can stay connected to the outside world at all times.
You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the local cuisine. A restaurant is located just 200 meters away, and supermarkets and other shopping options are within 1.5 km. On beautiful summer days, you can also take boat trips on the lake or relax while fishing.

The idyllic Allgäu vacation village of Hochbergle is situated on a hill, the Hochbergle, overlooking the Oberer Lechsee, nestled in a beautiful moorland landscape and offering a breathtaking view of the Ammergau Alps and the Lechsee.
Since the vacation village is built on a hill, many houses are accessible only by stairs, and in most cases, you cannot drive right up to the front door—only to a spot nearby. However, some have ground-level access and parking bays very close to the house; I’d be happy to advise you on this.
Pets are welcome in certain houses, for a fee and by prior arrangement; please note that dogs must be kept on a leash!
Our vacation village is largely car-free. Access is secured by a gate, which opens on your arrival and departure days via license plate recognition.
The vacation village also features a restaurant, which reopened on 1.5.2026.
Open daily except Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch are available for groups of 6 or more with advance reservation.
We also offer an external bread roll service in the mornings with delivery right to your door!
A utility building with coin-operated washers and dryers is available, as are electric car charging stations.
In addition, the youngest guests can enjoy a newly redesigned playground featuring table tennis tables, a climbing frame, an in-ground trampoline, balance beams, and a soccer field.
Games, table tennis paddles, and sleds can be borrowed at the front desk.
Free internet is provided in every house.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielleicht wäre es etwas praktischer,wenn in den Schlafzimmern auch Laminat liegen würde. Danke auch,für die schnelle Zurückzahlung der Kaution.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge war toll und die Lage des Hauses genau wie beschrieben. Ein kleiner Punkt den wir zu beanstanden haben, ist die Trocknung der Handtücher. Da man keinen Zugriff auf die Temperatureinstellung der Heizung hat, konnten wir diese nicht anmachen und unser Handtücher konnten im Badezimmer nicht trocknen. Ein kleines Übel über dass man schnell hinweg sehen kann. Zudem hätten wir uns in der Umgebung mehr Mülleimer gewünscht.
